Is there a way fix this issue? When I am conferencing with work from home the camera view is blank and wont show what’s on the screen.
Normally you should be able to share the Camera view using Google Hangouts.
Perhaps the system’s graphic card lacks the resources for the remote conferences
and powering the display of Harmony at the same time.
What is the graphic card model?
If it’s an NVidia card the display may not be optimized.
Right-click the desktop to open the “NVidia Control Panel”
Go to the section “Manage 3D Settings”
On the “Program Settings” tab make a custom profile for Harmony.
Set the “OpenGL Rendering GPU” to only the NVidia card
Set the “Power Management Mode” to “Prefer Maximum Performance”
