I just did a fresh install of Toonboom. Upon using the drawing with brush tool the grid scrolls sideways and the lines go crazy. Once the grid scrolls off the screen there are no more grid lines. Once you stop drawing with the brush the grid re-centers and all lines appear. If you draw with the pencil or any other tool everything works just fine. It only happens on the brush. Any ideas as to what is going on? I have 40 computers running this software and they all have the same issue.
I have never heard of this problem before, but is it possible that it’s related to your drivers for your graphics card? Try updating the drivers and let us know if that helps.

You may want to change the renderer of the software from OpenGL to Direct3D (or the other way arround depending on which one is used at the moment) and restart the application. You can find the renderer in the Preferences of the software under the Display tab.
