Brush textures all gone from Toon Boom Harmony Advanced?

Hi guys,

I opened up my Toon Boom Advanced version and found that all my brush types and textures are all gone!?
The only brush setting available is ‘Brush one’ - aka, the default vector based brush.

When I first purchased Toon Boom Harmony this year, I got 4 different brush types and settings to start off with. Now they’re all gone.
Does anyone know how I can get my brush settings all back?

Try deleting or renaming your preferences folder.

Windows:
C:\Users[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Harmony Advanced

Mac:
/Users/[your username]/Library/Preferences/Toon Boom Animation/Toon Boom Harmony Advanced

or contact support if you need help doing this.
