brush=black area

I’ve just installed my new copy of Toon Boom Studio 5 (for Windows Vista). Everything seems to work right but the BRUSH tool, everytime I click with it, the drawing/camera area gets completely black, when I stop clicking then the “black” dissapears and the brush lines are there.
Is it a bug? Something with vista?
Will really apreciate your help.

Best regards from Stockholm

Go to the top menu Edit>Preferences>Display tab. There change the renderer from OpenGL to Direct3D (or Direct3D to OpenGL depending on which is currently set). Restart the application and you should be good to go.
