I’ve just installed a version of Animate Pro 2 purchased with a school deal through my university for animation students, and everytime I go to click in the active drawing area, the whole program crashes on me. I’ve tried increasing my computer’s processing with the BIOS settings but that hasn’t helped, the same problem occurs no matter what I do.
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated, thanks.
If i were you I would email support with your full specs.
I would look at your graphics card.
Do you have the latest drivers?
Does your system meet the system requirements?
