I’m working on a team of folks who all have Animate. We want to be able to work on the same project at once. Is there a better way to do this than importing .tvg files (which come in out of sequence and with no timing)? Like, can you import a whole element, like a drawing layer, with the sequence of drawings and timing preserved?

To be honest, best way to collaborate in a team is to go with Harmony instead of Animate. With Harmony you will get the networked aspect of it, and you can even have multiple people have the file open at the same time and work on different drawing layers at the same time.
