I am creating an animated music video and I wanted the background to flash black and then white (Like a Strobe Light) over 340 frames. I was wondering what the easiest way to do this would be? How can I do this?
Creating a “Strobe Light Effect”, you might be better off doing that in Motion or After Effects…?
In Motion 5, apply an “Oscillate” Behaviour to your Light, Amplitude at about 100,
Speed at about 300 or higher, Apply To: Object / Colour / All…
This should give you a nice “Disco” effect…
