Autopatch and composite/cutter nodes work in opengl but not in render.

Any idea why this is?

If i plug in say two drawing layers (with lineart/color art) into a composite, and then bellow it I plug in an autopatch, inside opengl view it works fine and acts properly. However as soon as you hit render preview it will stop to function.

Same thing with cutter: if you try to pipe autopatch bellow cutter it will work in opengl view but not in render.
