Hi! I am now working with a animation of 70 minutes, 2d frame by frame. We have time and people for working doing the black stroke of the characters, but we don’t have time for coloring all the frames. I have already checked a lot of stuff on after effects, but nothing really worked out. Do you know if the toonboom, or another software, can color automatlic?

I am not sure exactly what you are asking.
If you have an inked outline it is very fast to colour in Animate.
Toon Boom itself can’t colour it for you, but if you contact sales@toonboom.com, they can help you to find someone who can.
