Attaching colour scale to a peg

hi all,

i’m working in harmony advanced (a pretty new user, upgraded from studio), and i can’t seem to attach the colour scale effect to a peg. i’ve got multiple layers on this peg and i would like them all to be affected by the colour scale effect. instead, i can only seem to attach the effect to an individual layer. any idea?

Hi,

The peg layer only has info for position/scale/rotation, it’s meant to affect elements/drawings. The elements are affected by the peg in terms of transformation but they are still independent layers in what concerns effects. Most effects do not work directly with pegs, but with elements/drawing layers. If you want to apply an effect to different layers you have to connect all layers to a composite and connect the effect below that composite. Or you can group those layers and add the effect below the group.
