Answers if you have issues with upgrading to Harmony 14

If you are using Harmony 12 and want to upgrade to Harmony 14 and:

  • If you have a Desktop Subscription:

With Desktop subscription, you have Silver Support included which gives you access to all upgrades and new releases for the duration of your subscription.

You simply need to download Harmony 14 from your account in My Downloads section and install it. Double-click on the application icon to launch the new version.
See below the alternate procedure if you have Harmony 12.0.0.10076.

  • If you have a Permanent License WITH Silver or Gold Support:

It gives you access to all upgrades and new releases for the duration of your support contract.
In your account in My Downloads section, you will find the Upgrade code (starting with UPG).
Follow the steps below to upgrade your license. Make sure to click on the Upgrade License button on screen 3. See below the alternate procedure if you have Harmony 12.0.0.10076.

  • If you have a Permanent License for Harmony Premium WITHOUT Silver or Gold Support:

You need to purchase an upgrade to Harmony Premium on the online store.

  • Upgrading for Harmony 12.0.0.10076:

Before downloading and upgrading to Harmony 14, Before downloading and upgrading to Harmony 14, return your license for 12.0 using the license wizard.

After returning your old license, you can download and install Harmony 14. You will find the download link at https://store.toonboom.com/user//downloads with UPG code (__)

The first week of Harmony 14 release I was able to see the upgrade from Animate Pro, that i own, but not from Toon Boom Harmony V.9, the one I own. Maybe because I upgrade to toon boom harmony version 9 from Animate pro before? Today, I checked for upgrades and I got this message: This section is for members only. You are not authorize to access this section. What is going on?

Im interested too in upgrade to harmony 14 from animate pro 3…
