Anime-style Shaded Rigs?

I’m working on some full 360 rigs for my characters, and I was curious if it’s possible to set up the lighting/shading nodes in Harmony to create the sort of harsh, detailed cel-shading style seen in anime? I realize I could just draw it on top, but ideally I’d love to just pop in a light source and have it happen automatically, after the initial setup.

I did see someone on here who’d managed to replicate the shading style of Klaus, so clearly more detailed shading is not beyond possibility, but they’d only posted a screenshot of one frame, and didn’t go into detail on how they managed it, so I’m not sure how viable that sort of style would really be.

Any ideas?
