I want to know what are some good animation festivals to enter my cartoon in. My cartoon is a little less offensive than south park and have been working on it for years.
Every tv station wants me to sign over ownership before they will even look at it. I know you retain ownership with a film festival.
I live up near syracuse NY and wonder what the best festivals in my area are. I would also definitely be interested in a festival in New york city.
