Is it possible to animate layer opacity?
I want to show one or more flashes of magic and light. Or can anybody suggest a workaround?

I’d say split the panel up for however many frames you need (ie. 4frms) then just adjust the layer opacity to fake the effect of an animated opacity. That’s what I do at work and no one can tell the difference.
