I am running Animate (NOT PRO) 7.6.0 on a Windows 7 machine. And now when I try to add a new color to the color palette Animate crashes so soon as I select a color. Please help. It was not doing that before. THanks!
I had the same problem when I first got it and it was my integrated graphix card. Since I upgraded the graphics card I havent had those problems. Probably a good idea to post your computer’s specs.
Thanks for the answer but it (Animate) was working properly before in the same computer. Anyone?
What are the specs of your machine? Graphics card, memory?
In case it’s a graphic glitch, make sure that the Aero theme is disabled on Windows 7.
It could also be related to the project, perhaps. Are you able to reproduce this behaviour on a brand new scene?
