There must be options such as creating a vector/ bitmap layer etc. I’m using a trial version, so maybe that’s the reason. Toon Boom Harmony 21.1. Will appreciate your help.
Could be that you are running a trial of Harmony 21.1 Essentials which has only access to Vector drawing tools. Harmony Advanced or Premium would give you access to both Vector and Bitmap drawing tools.
