Activation Failed - ERROR 50041

My registration code is correct and my internet connection is working fine. So what do I do about this one?

Error 50041 is a connection problem. Check your firewall or security software, it may be blocking the connection.

Also FLEXnet (the licensing system used by Toon Boom. Adobe and others) contains time-based methods that compare your system’s time with that of the license activation server. If your date, time or timezone settings on your system not matching what it should be (for your geographical location) it may reject the communication from your computer. It’s basically a security feature.
