Well I’d check first to make sure that you’re on the same art layer where you did your artwork. I can see from your video that you’re on the line art layer. Is it possible that you drew the artwork in the colour art layer? or perhaps underlay or overlay?
It’s a little easier to check this from the Drawing View.
