3D Space - How to reset transform controls to global/world instead of local/object

How to change the transform controls/handles/gizmo to world/global instead of local/object?

I have rotated my camera in the X axis, so it looks up. Now want to animate it’s position/ and Y rotation globally, so it keeps looking up, and also keeps ‘‘flying’’ at the same height, but the transform controls are rotated with the camera peg… so that’s pretty much impossible.

I am not sure if I understand correctly but you can transform the object in 3D using peg on top and then connect it to the camera peg if you want to move them together with when necessary.
