Where can I find this feature mentioned in Release Notes for Harmony 17.0.1 (15085)?

First, I do not write custom scripts.
If you do, forgive me if all of this is obvious to you.
I do not see that it is a working feature in completed tool form ready to add to a tool bar and use.
It is not a script as in: “script name.js”
I gather this is a script class available to you if you are writing a relevant script.
It is QT Script, a language Harmony recognizes.
