3D Animation render bug

I was astonished to learn that Storyboard Artist Pro now incorporated the ability to have 3D models involved. This is huge for me due to the long camera takes I end up doing through a set. Our art department created a model and I moved the camera through the space but when I render it something happens. It takes hours to do a 15 second animation and it looks a bit weird.

What’s going on here? Can someone tell me a workaround or a fix?

Contact support and provide them a download link to access the
zipped project. It’s impossible to tell from the video you linked to.
Also send them a link to the 3D Model at that time.
